Limited Warranty:
We warrant parts and labor on assembled modules for 90 days from
the date of shipping. This limited warranty does not include
service to repair damage to products resulting from accident,
disaster, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product. Any
modification to the product voids the warranty. You agree to prepay all shipping charges and
to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in
transit. All express or implied warranties for this product are
limited in duration to a period of 90 days from the date of shipping, and no warranties, whether
expressed or implied, will apply after this period. This limited
warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original
purchaser.
Repair Policy:
At our discretion, we will repair modules out of warranty. We
charge a minimum of $25. You agree to prepay all shipping
charges and to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or
damage in transit.
Return Policy:
Items may be returned, with our advance permission, within 10
business days of the date received. Returned modules must be
returned in as new condition in the original packaging including
all manuals, cables, software, and anything else that was
shipped as part of the purchase. A $25 per module inspection,
test, and restocking fee applies to returned modules. You agree
to prepay all shipping charges and to insure the product or
assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. Due to the nature
of integrated circuits and DIY construction, individual IC's and
microprocessor modules purchased separately from complete
synthesizer modules are non-returnable and will be replaced only
at our discretion. All shipping fees are
non-refundable.
Shipping Policy:
International orders will be
shipped via standard Air Post. If you require registered
mail, or any other non-standard shipping, please contact us after the
purchase to arrange payment for additional shipping fees. If you
choose not to pay the extra for International registered and insured mail,
we are not responsible once the package leaves our Post Office.
Customs forms
will be filled out with actual merchandise value. On stocked items, we
do our best to ship the next day. However, depending on
availability, it may take longer. If you have any
questions to whether an item is in stock and ready to ship,
please email us prior to ordering. Orders shipping to
Continental US addresses will be shipped via USPS First Class
Mail or Priority Mail at our discretion. Insurance is
optional and up the the purchaser to make arrangements prior to
the purchase. We do not automatically insure items under
$100 and will not assume responsibility for any items lost in
the mail unless prior arrangements for insurance are made in
advance.
